There are such a wide range of cow breeds which include dairy and beef cattle. On this farm holding, we tend to concentrate on Belgium Blue breeds, Limousin, Salers, Charolais and Blonde Aquitaines as well as Welsh Blacks. Probably the Salers crossed with the Belgium Blue breeds are our current favourites which is due their pleasant natures, hardiness and positive and physical characteristics.

The Salers cattle are naturally a dark rich red color. However, when they are crossed with other breeds the calves produced vary in color. Their cuteness is very clear and many people remark on their pleasant characteristics.
