There are such a wide range of different breeds of cows that people own for various reasons. Some are reared as dairy cows whilst others become a part of a suckler herd of either the same breed or a variety of different breeds.
The Hereford breed tends to be popular in many places, including the Holstein, Dexter and Jersey Cows.
